During this, the power consumption sometimes goes above 500 MW. In such a situation, power cut becomes a problem. After its construction in Industrial Area Phase-1, people will get relief. This will allow the electricity to run uninterrupted. This is the power system of Panchkula Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam informed that Panchkula Operation Division and Pinjore Operation Division Pinjore are working in two divisions in Panchkula district. The total power consumption in this is 964.4 MW. He informed that the power supply is running smoothly to the consumers in Sub-Division Panchkula, Mata Mansa Devi, Sub-Urban Panchkula, Sub-Division Madanpur in Division Panchkula and Kalka, Pinjore, Barwala and Raipurrani divisions in Division Pinjore. He told that there are 1 lakh 56 thousand 94 domestic consumers in Panchkula. Their load is 506.75 MW, non-domestic is 18 thousand 255and 159.33 MW is the load while industry has 2 thousand 572 consumers and 150.02 MW is the load. Agriculture has 5 thousand 324 consumers and 70.18 MW load and other 1 thousand 13 consumers and according to 78.12 MW load, power supply is running smoothly. Its proposal has been made by the Electricity Department. Will start work after getting its approval.
